Starhub (Starplan) Incoming & Outgoing Issue

Hello guys

anyone facing issue on starhub starplan, currently on iphone 15 pro max, local voice incoming and outgoing unable to dial in and out. This my 2nd time encounter, 1st time it resolve after a day.

i realise when making outgoing call it will drop 5g to 3g.

Tested on another phone with the same sim card same issue.

Data & sms didn't affected. No outstanding payment with starhub.

Escalated to starhub via livechat still waiting their resolution.

I ported out from StarHub sim only to giga. Raining data everyday with 2gb roaming. Suggest you port out.
