True to some extent, last time my father want to change his plan to the silver combo plan then the staff of the authorized retailer don't know what is it then suddenly say 'okay' then say he will help him to switch.
I was with him and really thought the staff know what is it but then when the bill come then my father complain say the plan is still the regular Combo 2..

I agree, and that's why for plans such as corporate phone plans etc, I would prefer to go to a Singtelshop instead.
