Starhub UltraSpeed 3Gbps/5Gbps/10Gbps plans

Hello,
I want to switch provider from my existing provider to StarHub and want to have a feel of the response time for arranging an installation.

How much time, from web signup till trooper to coming to install the new eqiupments?

Hard to predict, especially when NLT is involved in your case to check your second Fibre Terminal port.

Without considering NLT, then it depends whether is peak time or not. In my case my StarHub 5Gbps recontract (upgraded from no contract 500 Mbps plan) was done on 23 Jan 2025 over the phone but installation was only done on 21 Feb 2025, due to high demand.

Now probably no need that long wait.
