Slowly start to 包粽子.

Start wif the easier 碱水粽, kee chang. This yr I lazy to make the red bean paste. So only do plain ones.

I tried malay kueh triangle one with coconut (forgot the name). It taste like kee zhang

Wrapping no coz bro and sis dunno how to do the wrapping.

May get them to help me to cut the ingredients and do taste test. The rest I ownself do.

Like washing/ scrubing the bamboo leaves, cleaning the 猪网油, frying the dumpling fillings, wrapping

How come kee zhan no meat and smaller than normal ba zhang? Just curious
