Please, Anyone can help? Just recently, my computer encounter problem. The icon all turn blank/white. Not responsive at all. My computer is build rig and is at a mid range spec so probably shouldn't be any problem.
i have try to use CMD.exe to delete away localcache.db. Which i thought is the problem, sadly the problem still persist.
Anyone have encounter the problem or is expertise in computer can kindly help me out with my problem. i would be really thankful!
