I use POEMs and they do put your excess cash in a MMF (Money Market Fund) rather than sitting there doing nothing.

Phillip Money Market Fund's 1 year annual return is 1.3470 % today according to POEMS. So it is lower than StashAway Simple's projected rate of 1.885 %.

Does the StashAway Simple account show your balance in SGD dollars or in terms of the number of units bought for each of the 2 underlying unit trusts (or shows both cash and units)?

When one buys a unit trust from a fund distributor or a bank, the units bought are 'recorded / custodised' in a nominee account of the distributor or bank respectively.

Is it the same for cash deposited with StashAway Simple? That is, the units bought (= cash deposited) of the 2 underlying unit trusts are 'recorded / custodised' in a nominee account of the StashAway company?
