If you want your numbers to be in the list, please post exact weight for your 1RM(calculated if necessary) instead of how many plates per side. I'm lazy to calculate for you. Also please list your body weight.

Jordan aka Ghost or Oo.oo got 140kg for the DL today, not once but 3-4 times with rest in between.

When you're a newbie, don't worry about whether the beef you're eating is grain or grass fed.

When you're a newbie, don't worry about what is the exact ratio of simple carbs to protein for your post workout shake.

When you're a newbie, don't worry about which you should try out from EDT,German Volume Training,Sheiko,Positions of Flexion,Coan/Philippi etc etc.

Jordan didnt worry about any of these and he showed how truly pro and hardcore he is by pulling 3 plates from the ground at only 70+kg

It is ironic how some people who have volumes of "scientific" training and nutrition knowledge and yet can't even pull 3 plates.:s13:
I did a 250kg (or 24xkg) tyre flip at a BW weight of 62 or 64kg.

When i don't have beef, i eat only chicken or pork.
When i drink my post workout shake, i just use 1 scoop of whey + some dextrose
When i train, i just did total body and that's it.

True jordan did not worry about those things you mentioned, but he did and he still does worry about other stuffs which you never mention which will probably put him in pro and hardcore.

As I said in my earlier post,Jordan is truly pro and hardcore I never deny the fact he is not, indeed he did another easy 3 plater pull today.;)

Good job Ghost! Soon you will be flipping the tire 10 times(instead of just ONCE) and in less than a min too...

He is closing on the 4 plater club soon.:s13:

Of course,he has to show that he can walk the talk since he is Level 1 trained which means he can call himself a strength and conditioning specialist.:s13:

Come join next year's strongman contest, you will easily annihilate competitors 40-50kg heavier than you if you train regularly with implements from now onwards.:s13:

At a top level, it is just a ridiculous and absurd notion that the lightweight guys can beat others outweighing them by 40-50kg. Its simple logic and common sense. Thats why they have weight categories in the international scene. i.e lightweight/ below 200lbs. Until weight categories exist, i'd suggest to those interested to compete for the fun of it.

Come on Derrick, you should know that was just a tongue in cheek reply to a tongue in cheek post.=:p

I was clearing the plates and there's 6 plates total. Deadlifted a few reps in a controlled movement. :)
