He looks just like a "merely fit" person with his clothes on, the kind of body you get with pushups, pullups and runs.

Which is not bad in the first place, much better than the fat slobs munching chips in front of the telly and complaining about being fat.

But to call him a "bodybuilder"? I rest my case...nothing much to say...

lol he is really a competitive bodybuilder... But since you say until liddat i assume you are much bigger and stronger than him? Mind sharing your stats cause im really curious, haha:o

Yes, I know he has competed in one or two minor meets before. But he needs to pack on much more mass if he wants to bring it to the next level.

haha, lots of comments on the programme. I was wondering, if i can base my training off these 3 major lifts (bp,atg squats,dl)? Im also thinking of compound exercises like pull ups and dips. Thanks!

Yeah this is kinda the wrong place to ask since its the stats page but then again it has gone off topic for a while now. The big 3 should be in your program, but the big 3 alone doesn't a balanced program maketh...you need other movementsand lifts to make it balanced, and pullups are a good addition. check out the other stickies for more info.

Oki share share abit. Haven't tested max in awhile. Gonna do so in a few weeks time, so might as well post here first.

Ht: 174
wt: 69 - 70

bench: 3 x 8 (75, 80, 80kg)
squats: 4 x 8 (100)
dead: na

I dunno how low it has to be to be accepted here, but the last time I was tryin to max out the weights, I got 137.5 for 1.5 rep. Failed at 2nd rep I think, or din go low enough. This was when I was abt 66-67kg, abt 2-3 months ago.
I'm contemplating doing squats above parallel, what do u think gala?
This is cos I train only to be a better baller, and to increase my vertical jump.

If ur really all tt ur made out to be, then I'll accept tt u are the real deal.

Even so the flames aren't necessary, but I'll take it that it's accumulating aggro frm all the workouts.

dont bother lah. clearly just a keyboard warrior onli with nothing to back it up. ask him to prove his worth after he flame wildcat and what does he do? flame someone else who didnt even do anything out of line. clearly a kitten trying to act like a lion.

just ignore him and move on guys.

hmm. gala, i dunno if its appropriate to ask you, but what do u think of squats abt parallel, or even slightly higher? keep in mind of my goals of increasing my vert tho, cos im not training to compete in a meet, but to increase my vert.
