Bw: 68.2kg going in, on a stomach of dbl cheese burger + pre wo drink T.T

Bench: 2 x 105

- shot for 3 reps, failed at last rep. Or rather didnt even try haha.

1.5bw bench, finally.

Damn it I'm jealous of your bench progression rate!!!!

dude I think you got me confuseed with LLyod. Unfortunatey I am not much taller or could even be shorter than you @1.76m tall. Back then in NS when I was 55kgs and had an over 2.8m Standing Broad jump i could dunk easily. Now though having doubled my weight I could on an absolutely fantastic day barely touch the rim.

At dbl the weight, and u could still touch the rim. Tts pretty fantastic man. Ur very reactive and explosive!

That was when i tore my ACL and meniscus. During NS trials for Safsa i was showing what i could do and the rim broke after a double hand jam ala Shaq and I landed awkwardly my femur and tibia were in diffrent directions and there went my ACL and got my sick chicken status haha

I'm workin graveyard shift now hahah. Luckily nothing much to do so far, just cruising along. :)

Yea, I do squats too, but cos they aren't atg I dun list them out here. Best I got was a palm above rim a few months back, before tt cursed sprain. Ankle still no good now :(

not really coz lacked the shooting skill but could play back then but was really too darn small at 55kg and too short at 1.76m.

2 tabs zma, 2 tabs multi vits, 4 caps fish oil, and a serving of my new casein.

No wonder I always wake up to pee lol. I feel like a junkie, popping so many pills.

It's possible to dunk and jump even if you are heavier so don't worry. I jumped 298cm at 82kg and dunked a volleyball ( hand too small) also. for reference I am too slow for my strength and need to do more explosive lifts. My front squat is 167kg but my power snatch is only 88 which is too low so I'm too slow and need to work on it.

Damn, I think pound for pound you've got me on lower body lifts man and I'm easily 20kgs plus heavier than you. Probably or hopefully rather got you on upper body lifts though :s13::s13:

Damn. Heaviest I ever did for power snatches was 80 for triples. 88 would definitely be a full snatch for me. What's your full snatch?
