Consistently for the past 1 year and 3 months, coming back from an accident and thoracic spinal disc injury that put me out for two months.

Seems like people are turning this thread into a training log of sorts, which was not the original purpose of this thread. I'd recommend members start their own separate training log as it's gonna be difficult sifting through all the posts when multiple people log their sessions here.

Damn. Good Sh!t

If he can rep 140 for 10, he could probably put up 180kg. I got 180 a month after I repped 140 for 8.

Also, seeing how I weighed a full 15kg more than him when I grinded up my first 140kg squat, I am in awe of those numbers. F8ck me :D

DLs 130kg x 6 (PR)

aiming to rep 140 in a few weeks :D

methinks if skyy can rep 140 for 10 his 1rm should be way higher than 165
ata height of 1.65m the rom should also be way shorter

:)

As a fellow NO ROM deadlifter I say, "If you picked it up, you deadlifted it".

Hello guys

Please be reminded that the stat thread is for 1RM.

If you only do reps in your workout, then can use any online 1RM calculator to guesstimate (just have to indicate in your post that it's calculated)

okie

130x6 translates into a theoretical 151 / 152 kg dl

but i prefer to use reps as an indicator because it was accomplished and objective - calculated 1rms are more of e-pen0r boosting

:)

Then just state both, actual xRM and calculated 1RM.

If not how to benchmark? At least need a common base.

It's like, a car 0-100km in 3sec Vs another 0-100miles in 5sec, how to compare?
So at least a estimated one is better than nothing. :)

Of cos there's variations, like my 95% of 1RM also 1x, 90% of 1RM also 1x (sometimes 2x when lucky), 85% then 3x-4x. :s22:

From my experience , calculated one RMs are seldom accurate.

Of cos, cannot deny that's why it's called estimation. :)

But then look at post #1.
At least with an estimation, there's a basis to plot the table and chart (if one day Gala very free to re-process the info) :D
