i squatted with 5plates a side for 20 reps and deadlift 5plates aside for 15reps and carrying my daughter at the same time....

my bench 5 RM 75kg wonder if its possible to inc weight further?

haha nah i don't think i can hit 2.5x anytime too soon. pulled 2 PRs in 2 consecutive weeks and i don't think my body can take any more. will lower intensity and focus on reps from now on

and nope, no video. needed my phone for the tunes to put me in the mood. radio sucks

F*cking grip keep giving out on these, despite using hook and a rough bar. Time to get me some straps.

You obviously didn't grow up with internet porn. Grip amongst my generation is quite strong, although usually unbalanced in one side.

squats: 140kg x 5

BW these days has been around 69.5 to 71.5, so i suppose this is as close as i've been to a 2bw squat.

got 145 for a single last year, but it was above parallel.

Good strength on the squats, but is there any reason why you're not full squatting? Mobility/flexibility issues?
