I loved staying with my parents while I rent out my HDB, give them allowance and buy dinner for them.

In SG got so many in 30s and 40s still living with parents. Since birth havent lived away from parents.. Comfort level 1000

Never ask, then say ppl wan him die.
Keep asking him wanna eat, then scold u say eat wad then eat wad.
Buy le, then say the food hard. Grumble while eating.
Buy softer food, also say the food hard.
Buy from the same store he always eat at de, the quality drop also grumble.
Give him allowance, but he dun wan to use the money, spend ur money instead.
Complain here pain there pain, then dun wan see doctor.
Bring him see doctor, then dun tell doctor where pain.
Come home then complain doctor using him as experiment.
Smoke in the room, then scold ppl when they coughing. Say is becoz he smoke, then he not happy say he got close the door.
Complain his friend scold him stupid, but keep going out with that same friend, still treat him jiak breakfast regularly.
Go hospital, then try to pull out the tube say wanna go home.

My dad was like that when I was staying with parents. Retired and everyday full volume watch video on his mobile phone from early morning to late night in living room. Don’t care that others need to work the next day. I think my blood pressure redline ever since he got a mobile phone, one day I shouted at him to turn the volume down. Then he passed some years ago. Miss him, and I still feeling guilty.

Don’t care that others need to work the next day. I think my blood pressure redline ever since he got a mobile phone, one day I shouted at him to turn the volume down. Then he passed some years ago. Miss him, and I still feeling guilty.

I dun have much resentment towards my Dad. But honestly, he stopped supporting the family after I was born. He drunk and gambled, and we had to downgrade our flat and sell the car to pay his debts.

It's true he does some of the house work begrudgingly. And it's true, he was an obliging Father that spoilt me.

But nowadays, it just makes me angry whenever he starts his act. He is not pitiful bruh, we who have to listen to nag are the real pitiful ones.

I used to think he was unhappy all the time because the family wasn't really bonding very well n he felt lousy. But nowadays, it seems like he is the main cause of all that, and he just wants the world to revolve around him.

You rent room also need see landlord face...some control you cannot come home late,cannot use too much water...

Nw rent room is $800-$900 per room...
If you dnt mind stay JB condo
cheaper,rent $500 can get condo studio...one of my tenant move to JB but now custom very jam need take 1 hour to 2 hour come back sg...

If you really want to save money,
You can always choose to stay at the home for the destitutes...
