Enjoyed my medium rare rib rye this Sat night plus good food good company etc etc ....

Tried Wolfgang on Saturday. The New York Sirloin was good but definitely not as good as Peter Luger's. Crisp on outside but a little rubbery on the inside even though it was done medium rare. The other dishes were average; burger, lobster mac & cheese, pasta etc. Desserts wise, only the NY cheesecake was good.

Yes the steak at Wolfgangs is not bad though a little salty. Most of the other dishes we had were too heavy on the salt as well.

I like Chop House's steak! Tried the Sirloin and Prime Ribeye there before and love it. They do have some dining special deal during Restaurant Week which is happening now.
[P.S. not advertising for them...just feel that the pricing is worth it so no harm going there ]

Indeed steak is not cheap.

I find the steak at Collins to be not bad. Had their Angus a few times and at least it didn't burn a big hole in my pocket.

This one in a coffeeshop at Clementi. $13.90.

Another video of Collins, this restaurant at basement of Orchard Cineleisure. The set lunches are good value for money.
