Not sure where to ask this, so I guesss I'll do it here. I'm on the look out for a nice set of steering wheel and pedal system since I'd gotten that Samsung 32:9 monitor which should be pretty good for racing games.

Now, I've looked and so far, the Logitech G29 and Thrustmaster TMX Pro are the two I'm interested in, but they are rather expensive (to me anyway) so I was wondering if any of the bros here can recommend something else, an alternative (and hopefully more cost effective) to these two.

I was toying with the idea of WL steering wheel but was told that they may have lag.....so wired is fine.

Thanks, but I don't wanna deal with expired warranties, or ratty looking and grimy feeling steering wheel (my excuse anyway). Regardless, all this is moot now as I've ordered a set of brand new G29 from Lazada for $373, should get it by Thursday to Saturday.

BTW, not keen on imported set as I don't wanna deal with the hassles of RMA or repairs, prefer local sets with local warranty.
