Sorry sorry! Apparently, they updated their website and they actually included the link for their product registration on their CD ( included in the packaging )

And yeah, they repackaged their products and left out the quarter inch adapter and volume control adapter along with some eartips as well.

Ear Impressions can be done at any audiologists in Singapore, mainly we do recommend Digisound @ Novena Square 2 ( there are a few branches in Singapore ).

Custom eartips can be made from companies like Westone and ACS but we are not authorized to do any of their custom range of products. You would have to contact them directly.

Ear impressions would probably take 30mins if you are just making one pair. If you would have to re-do, definitely more time would be spent.
