Hello there

Sorry for the wait, the only method to rectify this problem would be to reshell it as it's the socket that is faulty but not the cable. This is not under warranty though. The loose socket might be due to the fact that users bend the memory cable part to an acute angle which results in the expansion of the socket and causes the cable to drop out easily.

Hope you understand this situation.

I really doubt there's much to be done. But if you would like, you could drop by our stores for my colleagues to check it out for you.

It might be due to the fact that you bend the connector to such an acute angle that it enlarges the socket. Nothing much can be done to rectify, that's why they came out with the recessed socket choice recently.
