If driver problem leh? I try 3 types of cable still same issue. Dig my ear also. Test with left ear also same thing. I scared reshell then later driver problem cost go.na be high sia.

Meaning under warranty also covered? My mage one side is soft and like no bass kind. But warranty just up about 25days. Can still cover ?

For UM full custom (not reshell) like Mage, item must be within warranty period.

However you can send UM an email and see if they are willing to entertain and ship the Mage to them directly.
