- Isolation on the CX300 is better than the C551.
- C551 is a short cable earphone with a extension cable while CX300 is a full length earphone.
- Sennheiser is 2 years warranty while Denon is 1 year
- Other than those mentioned, the sound will be the main concern which everyone should audition themselves.
