Recently, I just sold away my computer speakers as it disturbs my family and I'm considering a pair of gd headphones.

I usually listen to songs from Michael Buble and some occasional gaming like cs and dota 2.
I'm looking for richness in the highs and high mids, not too thin. Bass should not be overwhelming and boomy. maybe just alittle punchy will do.

Can recommend me a set of headphones? My budget is under 1K. if possible a gd setup with a DAC and an AMP also can.

If you prefer to have more mids and highs, you can actually consider the range of headphones from Audio Technica and AKG. From my experience with these 2 brands they gives off a better mids and highs and the bass is not emphasised.
