We called Sony and have been trying to bring in the eartip but to no avail

The only possible way to get this (i think) is to call their warehouse then call under their 'spare parts' department and check whether if they can sell you individually. Thats the only option for now I guess :/

Perhaps just to increase the bass alittle and richer sounds

Can you recommend me anyway to improve the SQ of my ipod nano? Was thinking to buy a pair of UM2 Earphone.
