Hi,

Sorry for the late response.

Yes you need to register online for the warranty @ the following link. http://www.orangecom.com.sg/index.php?option=com_rsform&Itemid=54
You will need to keep the receipt and the box (if you still have the box) for the warranty as well.

The etymotics is shorter yes but it should be able to fit in :)
We can let you try the ear tips on your earphone before making purchase.
