Stereo Promotion!!

Hello Stereo,

I went down yesterday at around 7:10 to audit two IEMs. When I first entered the shop I was approached by friendly salespersons asking if I required any assistance. I turned down the offer at first and when I was approached the second time I requested to audit one of the IEMs.

As a mere student, I expected my request to be turned down or given some excuse. To my surprise I was ushered to the front desk to sit down on one of your white comfy chairs while he searched for the IEM. i listened to the IEM for a good ten minutes on my iPhone and Clip, I was left alone, undisturbed to enjoy every note of my songs.

Purchasing a luxurious product like a IEM isn't easy on my pockets, so I decided to try out another IEM to make up my mind. The salesperson at the other side of the desk smiled, and immediately spun around and began digging into the transparent boxes to look for IEM in question.

Again, I listened to the second pair of IEM uninterrupted. Alas I couldn't make up my mind, I then left the shop.

I dropped by 2 hours later after my dinner at around closing time(I didn't know) to think over which of the two IEM i should purchase, since both sounded really awesome. So I decided to listen to one of the IEM again, by then the glass doors where about to be closed tight. Frankly speaking, I thought I would be chased off. But no, I sat there happily until my song ended.

I later walked out of the shop with hole in my wallet.

I really like how the you guys weren't pushy with sales and all. (though some stuff looked really fierce, they were friendly) How sale personnel doesn't 'look down' on students. (I've been to shops where they ignore students like me).

It was an awesome experience.
I hope this level of service improves and never degrades.

Thanks for this review, we will definitely maintain this level and try to bring it up higher to provide better services for our customers in future. :D

am looking for IEM with detachable wires, to upgrade from my SE210. Looking at somewhat the SE535 range....any to recommend??

Hello! There is only a few models of earphones that comes with detachable cables around that range. Westones UM3X, Shure SE535, Sennheiser IE8, UE Triple-fi 10pro. :)

Do drop by and try out our demo units!!
