Hi GloveK8! For servicing, we only can terminate the plug part of earphones/ headphones. Usually it is when you needed to twist the plug on a certain angle then the sound comes back.. If you have free time, maybe you can visit either of our stores then we can help you check also. At the same time you can audition some of other IEMs in case you really need a replacement.
