Stickers on M.2 SSDs

Do you guys remove the stickers on your NVMe M.2 SSDs before u installed into your motherboards ?

As there are thermal pads pre-apply on the underside of the M.2 covers liao, will the cooling of the SSD dies be hamper by the sticker ?

No, do not remove the sticker. The m.2 sticker are actually a form of heat spreader, they are metallic underneath. They are also usually important for warranty sake, if u remove u are giving the manufacturer a reason to reject warranty.

By the way, u don't need to worry on cooling m.2 ssd, it does need some heat to work optimally, just thermal pad is enough even with sticker on it.

Please don't remove those stickers. The stickers do not hamper the cooling. If anything, you may lose any warranty you mights have by doing that.

No, because your will void your warranty if you remove the sticker. Removing the sticker can reduce the temp by a little but its not worth it. You won't see any improvement in performance.
