You have to move house to see the effect. Before I shifted, it was like no changes. After that it was like Chinatown was at my doorstep with all those low SES ATK staying in a hostel HDB at my doorstep.

so far very content w/ our current place of stay
maybe a few FTs renting the flats but not so much of an eyesore
