Will 1 sata power cable splitter be able to power up both ssd and mechnical hard disk? Or is it better to connect 1 to 1?

guys..understand that win7 has trim functions for ssd...

if using winxp and intend to get intel g2 120gb, how is trimming being done...

btw how often did u guys format ur ssd using trim?

intel ssd toolbox. Ran about once a week.

just beginning to look at SSD, was most recommended to Intel X-25..
can anyone recommend me as I been reading quite a handful of reviews, like OCZ, sandforce, gskill..
i am looking at 80Gb, for a speedier boot up, running PS

wait for local prices to drop, local prices really chop carrot even with the us dollar depreciating. Buy from overseas if u have to

Which overseas online shop do you recommend?

i always get from amazon.. their communication, return policy etc all very clear..

u can try others too.. some dont take spore CC so need to use those service to buy from u which i didnt like as later u want to RMA might need more clearification (since more parties involved)
