I'm super proud to present to you Storychopsticks OPEN HOUSE! https://storychopsticks.com/story-carnival/
Over the past year, we have been working relentlessly on 100% original content, producing and delivering physical books around the world, and experimenting with video conferencing.
Our goal is to inspire kids to love Chinese! And we do that by (1) building engaging content, (2) finding immersive ways to deliver it, and (3) motivating kids to create their own stories.
And while it has been heartwrenchingly expensive (you can't just git commit push physical books), energy sapping (try delivering online education to bandwidth poor regions in Indonesia), and at times discouraging (parents want more Chinese homework for their kids), we have succeeded in a very small way to make our little dent in the world of online language learning.
We now ship both physical books and online content to students across 4 continents.
Our students love our lessons so much they ask for more sessions!
They are so engaged in drawing and creating their own stories they now have their own book - https://storychopsticks.com/.../childhood-rhapsody.../
Our team tirelessly develop new ways to expand learning time *beyond* the regular lessons. How do you bring tactile, contextual, *and* social to language students in non-Chinese environments?
Come join us this Saturday with your young ones to find out how fun, engaging, and, most importantly, creative Chinese language learning can be.
Because, when your child is inspired to create with what they have learnt, they truly learn.
