Hi Guys,
I am using a Starhub number. Strangely there is one particular phone number (also Starhub number and belongs to my sister) that I can never dial to. Whenever I dial it, I will be directed to the voice mail. When I used other people's phone to dial my sister's number, it will get thru. But I can whatsapp her etc People might say its the phone but I recently changed from Note 2 to S4 but still this problem persisted.
I have checked the following:
1) No barring on my phone to that number
2) No barring on my sister's phone on my number
3) Called Starhub and they confirmed there is no barring on either of our numbers.
Anyone encountered this strange problem before
