I believe their forum representative have been banned from posting and dont know what happened. You can email them at techsupport@strontium.biz which happens to be their support email address as per the website. I am sure they will get respond to that .

As per their website, this is their warranty policy Strontium Technologies - Support | policy | Strontium

Also mentioned there,

7) What is the RMA procedure for Online Purchases?
If you are in Singapore, you may consider to bring the defective part to the below address under the condition (1) & (2). Whereas, for courier service, condition (3) would apply.

1. Please bring the faulty product for RMA and warranty checking we require of purchase (Receipt) together with the defective product.
2. Details of failure
3. Upon receipt and verification product would be return as immediate replacement if stock available.

With the above mentioned, please send the defective parts to the following address;

Attn: Yen Ping (RMA dept)
Strontium Technology Pte Ltd,
178 Paya Lebar Road,
# 06-09, Singapore 409030,

Hope it answers the query. I advise you to either out an email to their support team or if in Singapore, visit their office in the address mentioned.

Note:- I am not related to Strontium... Just trying to help the user
