stuck at preparing automatic repair screen

I didnt even get this blue error screen. The tech guy even opened a new ssd to install clean win10 and my problem still appeared, I was fully convinced the cpu gg already...

Shop or? I don't really trust shops, sometimes they "clean install." is just copy/clone Windows
from another PC.

rich and fastest way is just buy a new cpu and sell your rmaed cpu aizai, CNY spend spend spend

Take note now is CNY period so most logistic are starting to shutdown.
Most likely you get your CPU back maybe early March or later.
Which is why I still puzzle to the "shop/person." say CPU spoil.

Later if you take back and same issue than...
Now what is unclear is whether the Windows have installed from scratch or not.
Or clone from another PC as I know some shop/repairman have a ready Windows image
which they just copy to customer PC.
