I really dunno why you expect people in the forum to know whether you can do part time studies or not when we are not your boss

consult your boss... sometimes your job scope meant that it will be quite hard to study part time.

or your boss has the intention to send you for some course or overseas assignment a few months/years down the road but have not yet confirmed it so did not tell you.

and SAF do provide sponsorship for part time studies...
