studio rent for video filming

Hello everyone. does anyone has any studio to recommend for shooting videos. My (rock) band and I are looking for a place to shoot our MV. Heres what we are looking for,

-room at least 400 sq ft
-black back drop (whole room black will be best)
-can film with loud noise (we're filiming an MV with the whole band soo....)
