table maybe buy variable height one because don't know how tall they will grow

worst are those built-in furniture sets, when the person doesn't grow big enough to utilize it ergonomically.

happened in my case, the long L table too high for me. change sure damn ex and need to tear down everything else look very awkward as it is integrated with other furniture.

table for study or work is just, table. flat and solid enough can already.

if scared scratch then put a glass top over it. not too hard to salvage from fish tanks

Actually you can get the seller to assemble for a fee. However, that won't be "cheap" as the shipment(cost) won't be as compact before assembly.

If not, why not buy locally? Ikea that comes with easy to read Manual.

depending on the age of your kids. if they are older (upper primary), the regular ones are better and more functional.

Yah - the ikea ones are actually quite good considering the price. Not worth to spend crazy amount on table - chair is more important

This. Edmwers love to complain about FTs. The least u can do is support local whenevr u can.
