With a diploma in accountancy and Gpa of 2.65 from a local poly. What chances do I stand to gain entry into a uk uni. Do I stand a chance with getting any exemptions or should i start off with foundation year?

Haha well i am looking for a 2nd chance to do well. I would preferably like uk, tho scotland is fine too. But i wanna know if anyone knows how tough is the entry requirements for a acct and finance course in a uni for example like lancaster uni or any others in the same range. and any experiences of friends with similar gpas studying in the uk. Replies are much appreciated. Money wise, do you y'all 125k sgd is sufficient for studies there?

Here is one, TS in the below thread went to Cardiff with no exemptions and his gpa was 2.7
