looks like the problem is the 1TB HDD, downloaded an online game on the SSD and everything was smooth. Anyone got any solution to fix the hard disk ? or do i have to get a new 1 ?

Thanks for all the help so far !

Just to be sure if it is just the HDD problem, use another power cable to connect and reformat the disk (get data out first if necessary). Populate the disk with some data and try using that. Sometimes misaligned power cable might create some issues.

Another data cable perhaps.... and sata port? Time to buy another hdd if that failed.

yup did that too, still no good. Yeah :( looks like the 1 year of dust collecting ruined it. I think i'll go full SSD after this lol! thanks all for the help :)
