I think it's quite difficult to say which subdomain has the highest salary. It really depends on which environment you are in (end user/vendor), big tech firms/banks/SME etc. and whether the firm has a strong demand for the position.

Also most of the time, it's not the subdomain that determines the pay. Instead its based on seniority and function (technology/operation etc) for banks Associate/AVP/VP/Director etc. Whatever it is, the most important factor is how you negotiate your package that gives you the most $$$, not the subdomain.
