Hi w4rr3n, that's a good question. You are correct that the components is sealed in the red cube. We put in the window based on the suggestions from our test audience who mentioned that despite the fact you cannot see the components, they would still like to see the internal case.

However you can visit our facebook page where you can see our demo unit with a window on the red cube we call the Anima System.

We're really happy to announce that we have a hands on demo this coming Saturday 3rd of August at Sim Lim Square #06-62 Scorpia Pro Shop. Glen has been really helpful and will be lending us some space for anyone interested to see the demo product in person.

For this pre-order period, every Gladius and Gladius Prime we sell at a loss. That's how much we believe in what we're doing. Manufacturing is expensive, prototyping/custom building even more so.

The mineral oil serves to remove heat from the parts that are generating the heat, most notably the GPU and the CPU. Law of thermodynamics say you cannot get rid of heat. That means that the heat is still there, but just distributed to the environment.

It's even more troublesome and headache if any of the parts need to replace in the case of breakdown worse than water cooling solutions.
