Sudden blackouts! PSU failure?

Hi, my com now starts to auto shutdown suddenly and the frequency is getting higher. Can it be PSU failure?

The +12.V seems abit low?

I believe it's more of motherboard need more troubleshooting. Play around with tpu option or even reset cmos

1) Got spare PSU?

2) Voltage readings using software are not that accurate, might want to take this with a pinch of salt.

yea according to gigabyte easytune it is healthy.

Ahhh this kind of problem hardest to debug.
