Many delivery heavy rain tend is pause deliver one. Super wet, cannot see well, food also wet. Not worth it.

Rain incentive also cannot overcome the heavy rain effect. Everything slow down when raining. It can take up to twice as long per order when under rain. So, the incentive not really as attractive as many think one. Its best to have when under lighter rain. Heavy rain visibility very poor and very difficult to handle the food and bike. More dangerous for delivery. Many tend will pause if the rain become too heavy, until it gets lighter.
