Hey all, I just noticed in the past week that I am auto connected to wireless@sgx whenever that network is available. I have always left my wifi on, but it is only in the past week that this has happened to me. Furthermore I have had a wireless@sg account previously, but have long since forgotten the password and have not connected using it for a few years.

Anybody knows what is going on? I'm on M1 and I read that they recently came up with some Hetnet plan, although I'm not sure if this is related to it.

Could be a software update and you can get to connect to any Wireless@SG hotspots through EAP-SIM authentication. Some SingTel Mobile users also get SingTel WiFi that way, but on plans eligible for the premium WiFi service.

Nope! Didn't change any sim card settings at all. Only difference was updating to iOS 10 the last week but I doubt that would have affected it heh.

Did you enable sim card login?
As SGx can use postpaid sim card as a login

Oh! That's interesting. I'll check it out the next time I get auto connected. I still wonder what changed though heh. Thanks!

Is vua SIM registration. You confirm no one touch your phone or setup by mistake? (Or phone is display set that someone already set it up before? )
Next possibility is been setup by telco during testing.
