I plan to upgrade my GPU to 7950 with the bundle for game...
but not sure is my PSU sufficient for the upgrade?

Not good. Those PSU calculators will badly overestimate PSU requirements.


If you buy this kind of crap:

Then you will need to oversize like what those "calculators" recommend. Otherwise, buy good quality PSUs which end up being more efficient and give you a peace of mind, knowing that they won't easily blow up if not badly abused.
