Storing movies locally or simply streaming?

Just gaming on Dota 2 only?

Both storing movies and streaming bro.

Yup, gaming on Dota2 only. Looking to try to operate at above 60fps 1080p maximum details.

His current com cpu not bad, i5-2500, but GPU and PSU chui. GPU is GT530 and PSU does not have PCIE plug. Those OEM kind one. Layout also cannot just upgrade good graphic card, thats y suggested build new com.

Should just upgrade graphics card and PSU if there's sufficient compatibility. $800 PC will get him lousier processor...

Don't mind asking him to list out PC brand and model and take snapshots of interior overall, PSU sticker and motherboard PSU cable?

I got the FSP Aurum 500W Gold at $89 less 15% and a GPU R7 260x at $135 less 15%. Both from Lazada.

Cheap upgrade that give my 5+ years PC a new lease of life.
