Our 3-ply mask is useful when blowing dust.
If done quarterly, the amount of dust is negligent.

I use the Rainbox vacuum to blow and suck (then use with a brush) accordingly.

never had any static issue or short anything for the past 20yrs vacuuming my pc every mth

I wear mask and do it outside my home... No such issue.

110V can't be used in Singapore, need a step down transformer.

Get the 220V one.

Static?

You worried about static in SG warm and high humidity climate? I've been using vacuum since the 80s on XT era till now, no static to start with. The only time you get and can see the static is probably in an dark air-con room at 18 to 20 degree C, rub your polyester cloth again each other, you can see the spark created by the rubbing action. Or, you intentionally rub a cloth on the PVC pipe like masturbating action to statically charged the pipe for electric wand fun play.
