Experts.. Need some help here.

Bascially my old rig broke down and tried troubleshooting to source for the problem for a bit now but realized that no point since it's already 5-6 years old.. Might as well get new parts to replace it.

Mainly using it for casual purposes, games like LoL and overwatch. A little bit of lightroom here and there but do not need specific hardware just for lightroom, just something that is capable of running lightroom without trouble but at the same time not overkilling it.

No specific budget.. But as cheap as possible.. :) Maybe <700 for a budget to work around.

Parts that I am reusing:

gtx 960
ssd
hdd
monitor, kb and mouse
windows (will get it from other sources :s13:)

thank u...

Above build is good but for a small extra $$, you will gain 2 more cores and 8 more threads. You can play Overwatch/LOL while exporting Lightroom with those extra cores.

For Lightroom, a big fat memory and core count is great so i recommend AMD Ryzen 6 core 12 thread CPU

Do you know how to Overclock your PC?
If not, time to learn cuz R5-1600 is a great overclocker, not locked like i5-7500.

Ryzen R5 1600 + Asrock AB350M - $441
RAM: Kingston Valueram DDR4 2400MHz 2x8GB - $170
Thermaltake Smart 530W - $78
Tecware Edge - $69
(Lazada-Dynacore)

Total Damage : $758

All Prices are quoted from Bizgram unless otherwise stated.
