Suggestions for Rig Upgrade

Looking to upgrade my current rig in early to late feb.
As i have been out of touch with the current trends, would like to hear more opinions from you guys to consider.
i will be reusing most parts from my rig specs --->
Reuse: HDD/SSD/GFX/PSU/RAM

Mainly need CPU+Mobo and casing
Usage is mainly playing RPG/MMORPG (skyrim and upcoming big RPGs) at max settings, i seldom or dont play FPS at all.

Casing requirement:
Less dust because i seldom clean my case nowadays
noise not a problem
i prefer a simple, classy look
not too big
must have good cable management
budget around 150 for casing

Also need to clarify a few stuffs:
Can i use my current ram (1333Mhz) with the newer intel cpu? will it have any diff as compared to using 1600MHz?
Can i use my PSU with the new Mobo as well? I read that older PSUs cannot work with the new intel mobos due to the sleep awake thing or something like that awhile ago.

HD 7950's ain't be potent enough to handle those upcoming blockbuster on max in full HD, you surely need something highest-end like R9-290X to warrant that experience.

Chassis wise, NZXT H230 @ $89 for you?

And yes your DDR3-1333 is still usable on current Intel platform. You are encouraged to OC these RAMs to bring their best glory.

Thanks for the suggestions.
I like the look of h230 but is there something else like it with a window?
I'm probably going for i5-4440 + asrock b85 mobo.
As for gfx, its still doing fine with skyrim at max so I will hold the upgrade to later.

Fractal Design Define R4 Windowed Edition @ $169 will be your best bet then.
