Suiting up for work

I have a couple of full suits that I wear for work for impt client meetings or events

My new workplace dress code requires a blazer and I feel too formal wearing a full suit everyday. What would be a good recommendation for an everyday work blazer that’s not too casual yet not too formal? My wardrobe are normally grey/charcoal/navy pants and white/blue shirts.

Appreciate some views!

Maybe you can check with the HR department on what their requirement(s) is/are, cause what I see now most places do allow patterned blazer and not required to wear matching coloured pants... So the wearer can mix and match the shirts, pants and tie if required, or simply say can have one own style...

But some workplaces I do noticed the staffs had to adhere to an absolute formal office attire code where it's a one colour scheme for the pants and blazer, with the shirt and tie to be worn not to have any pattern...

There's business formal, business casual, business, formal etc dress code...

Definitely a linen or seersucker blazer are more casual fabrics to wear
