A plate of fried Hokkien mee typically contains between 500-700 calories. Adding 4 fishballs, 1 fried egg, and 1 fried chicken wing will increase the calorie count significantly. A single fishball can range from 70-100 calories, a fried egg is around 90 calories, and a fried chicken wing can be anywhere from 150-300 calories, depending on size and preparation. Therefore, the total calorie count for this meal could range from 1000 to 1500 calories.

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

  • Fried Hokkien Mee: 500-700 calories
  • 4 Fishballs: 280-400 calories (70-100 calories per fishball)
  • 1 Fried Egg: 90-120 calories (depending on size and preparation)
  • 1 Fried Chicken Wing: 150-300 calories (depending on size and preparation)
Total: Approximately 1020-1520 calories.

Exercise effort gone liao...

A plate of fried noodles with 4 fishballs, 1 fried egg, and 1 fried chicken wing can range from 750 to 1000 calories depending on the portion size and specific ingredients. Fried noodles can vary in calories from 400-600, 4 fishballs add about 100-150 calories, 1 fried egg is around 100 calories, and a fried chicken wing can be 150-250 calories.

Here's a more detailed breakdown:
  • Fried Noodles: Plain fried beehoon (rice vermicelli) is around 294 calories, while mee goreng (spicy fried noodles) can be around 613 calories. The specific type of noodles and ingredients (like oil, sauces) greatly affect the calorie count.

  • Fishballs: 4 fishballs can add roughly 100-150 calories.
  • Fried Egg: One fried egg is typically around 100 calories.

  • Fried Chicken Wing: A single fried chicken wing can range from 163 to 250 calorie
