super low budget upgrade rig

cpu + mb intel : G3258 + ASRock H81M-HDS R2.0 $164
gpu : palit geforce GTX750 Ti $185 ($160 w citi)
memory : ram 8 gb ddr3 reused
storage : 500 gb toshiba reused
psu : ??? not sure what to get
case : ??? any as long as its cheap
os : win 7 $28 reddit

wifi not needed, trying to get the most of of it.
game to play : fallout 4/gta v/watchdogs
current game : cs go/l4d2

Trying to keep it below $500 in total. I there's extra might be able to get a ssd 120gb. Helping a friend to ask! :s12:

:s13::s13: G3258 & 750ti cant even run nfs 2014 , maybe lowest settings . For $500 even get a used full system i also doubt it could run gtav /fallout4 properly ( ps : my system can only run gtav 1080p medium smoothy , cant even go high)

Get Sandy Bridge/Ivy Bridge Core i5 + B75 motherboard for around $200, GTX 670 for another $180-200

OC a Pentium G3258 is only as fast as a locked Core i3. Also not too sure whether FO4 got minimum requirement that it will not load game if they don't see at least a Core i3...

G3258 + GTX750Ti (my brother's system) can run Fallout 4 smoothly on Full HD Medium settings. Never tried High so I don't know.

If you're buying off Lazada, just get the FSP Hexa 450W PSU, with coupons and cashback should be about $40. And just get the cheapest case there is ($40+ on Lazada).

And if you're getting a SSD, get at least a 250gb. They tend to fill up a lot faster than you think.

Of cus , gameplay already not impressive + only 20fps sure laggy like hell , who wanna play like this. I told u 750ti is not for AAA title game
