If no data needed it would have sold like crazy even at this price. This prevents most people from playing on planes, underground, overseas etc.

I dont mind paying $15 to unlock all levels but it is via in-app purchase, if all family members want to play on their own devices, you have to pay $15 x N... that's just too steep.
