SUPERAntiSpyware closes by itself shortly during scan

Anyone using SUPERAntiSpyware app? The latest version seems to have a bug where by it closes by itself shortly during a scan. A full scan usually takes around two hours but the app shuts down around 15 minutes into the scan. Opened the app again and sure enough, there isn't any scan log of previous scans. Tried clean uninstalling and then installing again and still the same problem. It happens on another computer too.

Never heard of this anti-virus/ spyware software. Is it free or you paid for it? If it is not working, then you can just use Windows Defender (though not sure how much defense it will offer).

Been using this for many years including my previous rigs without any problem except this time. Seems to have a bug. If you don't mind, maybe you could try installing it and see if you have the same problem too.
